7 Deadly Sins of Prospecting

I was listening again to another Leader’s Club audio program called “The 7 deadly sins of prospecting.” This was enlightening.  I did not realize I was committing some of these sins as I prospect.  I want to share with you what the sins are and avoid doing them.  Since there are seven of them I will share them two at a time over the course of a week.  Let’s keep learning.

 

Sin #1:  Relying exclusively on a single marketing medium.

How is your marketing strategy?  Is it expanding, stuck in place, or shrinking?  You can not rely on only one method to generate leads. Yet you have to use your power of reason not to try different methods all at one.  Neither go into debt using the different methods.  Be balanced in your marketing efforts.

 

Sin #2:  Expecting the tools to do all the work for you.

Auto responders and websites are good tools to use.  Yet when they begin to replace the human being, we end up confused and wonder why our marketing is not working.  Network Marketing is a people business.  You must talk and connect with people in order for your business to grow.  In order to build a business.
